Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned client site. The role will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager and Field Operations Manager and security officers, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved guidelines.

• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs.
• Must be able to read and understand operating procedures.
• Licensing requirements may apply; driving license with clean record.
• Background check and post-offer drug test may be required.
• Ability to operate scheduling and billing software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate service delivery.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Ops Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Ensure adherence to contract standards and safety programs.
