GardaWorld Security Services U.S. in Pittsburgh, PA is hiring a Security Account Manager to represent a high-level security firm for an established client.

The role is on-site and focuses on safeguarding guests, staff and performers in a fast-paced entertainment environment. You will develop, supervise and maintain security plans, coordinate with police, train site staff, conduct investigations and provide monthly security reports.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• A college degree in criminal justice or related field; three years of crowd management, public safety, military, law enforcement, or related security experience with at least 5-7 years of supervisory experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in civil engineering projects/construction preferred.
• Ability to stay composed and professional in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to write clear, concise reports.
• Strong situational awareness, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, supervise and maintain the security plan.
• Oversee multiple construction sites.
• Ensure security facilities are properly installed and maintained through construction.
• Train contractor and owner staff on security procedures specific to each site.
• Coordinate with local municipal police regarding security procedures at each site.
• Conduct security violation investigations, report results and resolutions as well as recommendations.
• Notify owner immediately of any serious incidents.
• Maintain Security Records
• Provide a monthly report of security procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
