Job summary

Think Together seeks a Site Program Manager to lead a campus-based after-school program, overseeing operations, safety, and program quality. You will ensure ADA targets, manage budgets, and coordinate with school leaders to deliver engaging, compliant activities.

The role requires 1–2+ years in education/youth programs with supervisory experience, excellent communication, and a strong focus on student safety and partnerships. Weekend/holiday availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• 1-2+ years in education/youth programs; 1+ year in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Internal candidate pathways exist for Think Together Build the Bench Program for SPM.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and program activities.
• Ensure program activities align with Think Together mission and safety guidelines.
• Train and coach staff; provide printed lessons, materials, and supplies.
• Maintain accurate attendance and student records; monitor ADA targets.
• Communicate with school principals, staff, and families; foster partnerships.
