Job summary

Think Together is seeking a Site Program Manager to lead an on-site educational program at a partner school. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety, adherence to policy, and manage multiple funding streams, including before/after school and weekends.

You will supervise staff and volunteers, maintain records, communicate with district leaders, parents, and donors, meet ADA targets and program quality goals, and coach the site team to deliver engaging activities that support student

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• 1-2+ years of experience in education/youth programs.
• At least 1+ year in a supervisory/leadership role; 2+ years preferred.
• Bilingual/Spanish may apply in some districts. CPR/First Aid cert or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Background check (DOJ & FBI) required.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day site operations and program activities.
• Ensures activities align with Think Together's mission and four core agreements: be responsible, respectful, safe, and have fun.
• Monitors student participation, behavior, and program quality for improvement.
• Trains and coaches staff on routines, procedures, and program design; provides materials and supplies for implementation.
• Maintains student records, attendance data, and reporting; ensures ADA targets are met.
• Represents the program to school administration, parents, donors, and partners; communicates effectively with stakeholders.
