Job summary

Think Together seeks a Site Program Manager to lead an on-site after-school program at a partner school campus in California. You’ll supervise staff and volunteers, ensure safety, program quality, and compliant operations, and manage multiple funding streams.

You will also serve as the primary liaison among students, parents, school administration, donors, visitors, and Think Together, coordinating before/after school activities, non-instructional days, weekends, and ADA targets.

Qualifications

• Experience managing school-based after-school programs.
• Ability to manage multiple funding streams and day-to-day operations.
• Strong communication with parents, school staff, and donors.
