Job summary

Think Together is seeking a Site Program Manager to lead an on-site after-school program at a partner-school campus. You will oversee program operations, safety, and compliance with district and funding requirements, and ensure high-quality student experiences.

You will manage staff and volunteers, build relationships with school and community partners, monitor ADA targets and attendance, coordinate activities, and report on program performance while maintaining confidentiality and strong

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D required; Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• 1- 2+ years of experience working in education/youth programs.
• At least 1+ year in a supervisory or leadership position; 2+ years highly preferred.
• AA or vocational certificate related to the position.
• Internal Candidate: Build the Bench Program for SPM preferred.
• Previous classroom experience required.
• Strong ability to communicate with students, parents, school staff and faculty both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent program management skills, including completing tasks on time and within budget.
• Bilingual / Bi-cultural (Spanish) may apply in some districts.
• CPR/First Aid certified or ability to obtain within first 60 days.
• Satisfactory TB skin test and background check (DOJ & FBI).

Responsibilities

• Manages successful day-to-day site operations and program activities.
• Ensures program activities align with Think Together mission and core agreements.
• Be responsible; Be respectful; Be safe and have fun.
• Monitors and assesses program success, ADA targets, and student experience for quality improvement.
• Trains and coaches staff on routines, procedures and program design.
• Maintains accurate enrollment data, attendance, and confidentiality of student records.
• Interacts with school principal, faculty, parents, donors, and partners to align goals.
• Manages site level budgets and timecards; ensures deadlines are met.
