Job summary

Think Together seeks an on-site Site Program Manager to lead an educational after-school program on a partner campus. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety and program quality, and build positive partnerships with school staff and families.

The role requires coordinating before/after school activities, non-instructional days, and weekends while managing multiple funding streams. You will supervise staff, implement curriculum, track attendance, and maintain records per policies.

Qualifications

• Requires educational program leadership experience or supervisory background.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required for school partnerships.
• Bilingual helpful (Spanish) in some districts, with CPR/First Aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and program activities.
• Ensure activities align with Think Together mission and safety policies.
• Coach and supervise site staff and ensure instructional quality.
• Maintain ADA compliance and accurate student enrollment records.
• Manage site budgets and approve timecards for direct reports.
