Job summary

Think Together is seeking a Site Program Manager to lead an on-site after-school program at a partner school. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure safety and program quality, and manage staff and volunteers to meet ADA targets and funding requirements.

You will train staff, coordinate with school leadership and parents, and maintain data accuracy while upholding program design and policies. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Level 1/2 education and supervisory requirements as described.
• Ability to communicate effectively in standard English in public-school settings.
• Strong program management, time management, and organizational skills.
• Public speaking and ability to provide direction.

Responsibilities

• Manages successful day-to-day site operations and program activities.
• Ensures activities align with Think Together mission and four core agreements.
• Monitors program success including participation, quality, behavior and student achievement for quality improvement.
• Implements program design, curriculum and safety guidelines.
• Trains and coaches staff, provides materials for implementation and ensures student engagement.
• Supervises site team, manages budgets and timecards, and ensures compliance with funding requirements.
• Communicates with school principal, faculty, parents and stakeholders; maintains records and attendance data.
• Ensures confidentiality and handles partnerships and reporting with integrity.
• Meets deadlines and collaborates with partners to align with school-day goals.

Education

High School Diploma or G.E.D

Bachelor's degree highly preferred

Experience in education/youth programs

Supervisory/leadership experience
