Job summary

Think Together seeks a Site Program Manager to lead an on-site after-school program at a partner school. You will supervise staff and volunteers, ensure safety, manage operations, and maintain ADA targets while delivering a high-quality student experience.

You'll work with school administrators and families, coordinate funding requirements, and ensure compliance with program policies, while scheduling across before/after school, weekends, and breaks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• 1-2+ years of experience in education/youth programs.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day site operations and program activities.
• Ensures activities align with Think Together mission and core agreements.
• Maintains ADA targets and data records for funded sites.
• Supervises staff and volunteers; trains and coaches teams.
• Communicates with school staff, parents, and partners to ensure program alignment.
