KIPP DC is seeking a School Operations Manager to join the Information & Operations team on-site at a PK3-8 campus. The role ensures daily operations run smoothly, spanning food service, facilities, safety, and budget management.

Reporting to the Campus Director of Operations, you will lead logistics for field trips and events, develop systems, and collaborate with headquarters to support our schools and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee school operations to ensure daily seamless performance.
• Manage food service: quality, staffing, meal tracking, compliance, and delivery.
• Own logistics for off-site field trips and on-site events.
• Coordinate end-of-year assessment logistics with leaders.
