Job summary

KIPP NYC is seeking a School Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at our NYC schools, ensuring smooth student arrival, attendance, and transitions. You will manage the SOA, coordinate facilities and technology, and support enrollment targets while upholding health, safety, and delivery standards.

The role reports to the Director of Operations and requires collaboration across teams, travel between campuses, and a commitment to KIPP’s mission.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and oral communication with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily school operations including arrival, attendance, transitions, meals, and dismissal.
• Ensure office is staffed and supplies are stocked; manage technology and facilities.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment processes; support DOO and SOA with projects.
