KIPP Philadelphia Public Schools is seeking an Operations Manager to support a KIPP Philly school’s teachers, leaders, students, and families. The role focuses on sustaining organized systems, budgeting, and behind‑the‑scenes coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.

The position runs 12 months, with hours from 7:20 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. on weekdays and occasional Saturdays, reporting to the Director of Operations. Bachelor's degree and administrative experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Administrative experience required.
• Experience in an education setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement effective office systems to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain attendance and student information in PowerSchool; support attendance interventions.
• Assist with enrollment and registration; manage district enrollment system (Infinite Campus).
• Coordinate with district and bus company for transportation and routes.
• Perform general administrative duties and manage supplies within budget.
• Coordinate tours for parents and visitors; assist with events.
