Job summary

Inspiroz is seeking a driven School Technology Specialist to join our on-site IT support team in New York City. You will provide hands-on technical support across Inspiroz’ charter school portfolio and collaborate with a remote team to resolve issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in Tier 1–2 support, a technology-focused bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent certifications.
• 1–2 years of experience in Tier 1–2 technical support.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with on-site IT support and ticketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support and problem resolution.
• Lead on-site installation, repairs, and maintenance of workstations and network equipment.
• Troubleshoot to identify root causes and coordinate with remote teams.
• Document issues and steps to facilitate remote troubleshooting.
• Manage time entries and ticket statuses in ConnectWise Manage.
• Maintain client relationships and align technology solutions with client goals.
