Job summary

Inspiroz in New York City seeks a driven School Technology Specialist to join our on-site IT support team. The STS will support day-to-day tech across Inspiroz’ charter-school portfolio, collaborating with a remote support team in India and client contacts.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of Tier 1–2 support experience, a technology-related bachelor’s degree or certs, strong Windows/Mac/AD/networking knowledge, and excellent communication skills. On-site role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent certifications.
• 1–2 years of experience in Tier 1–2 technical support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac systems, AD, networking, and hardware installations.
• Excellent hands-on technical support and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support and issue resolution.
• Manage on-site installation, repairs, and maintenance for workstations and network equipment.
• Coordinate with remote IT team and clients to resolve issues.
• Document issues and escalation steps for remote teams (ConnectWise/ticketing).
• Stay updated with education sector tech trends and best practices.
