Job summary

Inspiroz is seeking a driven School Technology Specialist to join our on-site IT support team in Charlotte, NC. You will lead on-site technical support across Inspiroz’ charter school portfolio, coordinating with a remote India-based support group and client contacts to resolve issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in Tier 1–2 support, a technology degree or equivalent, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in technology-related field or equivalent certifications.

Responsibilities

• Technical support and problem resolution (on-site).
• Manage on-site installation, repairs, and maintenance for workstations, network equipment and peripherals.
• Conduct thorough troubleshooting to identify root causes.
• Assist with projects and coordinate with remote teams as required.
• Act as liaison between on-site operations and remote IT support team in India.
• Communicate issues and requirements clearly to the remote team.
• Provide detailed information and documentation to facilitate remote troubleshooting.
