Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based role in Dearborn, Michigan for the 2026-2027 school year. The SLP will provide direct therapy, evaluations, and IEP-driven services on-site to diverse student populations.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology required or eligible.
• State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan required.
• Michigan Department of Education licensure for school-based practice preferred.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred; CF-SLP candidates considered with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students individually and in small groups.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals with data-driven adjustments.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff; provide progress reports.
