Job summary

EDU Healthcare is seeking an on-site, full-time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Dearborn, MI district partnership after Winter Break. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat students, while collaborating with educators to support IEP goals and academic progress.

You will develop individualized plans, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings. The role offers a structured school-based setting with built-in holidays, professional development resources, and a supportive

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active MI SLP license or eligible to obtain before start.
CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
Experience with school-aged children preferred.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals.
Maintain detailed records and progress reports in accordance with school and district policies.
Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and progress.
Stay current with best practices and continue professional development as required.
