Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Ann Arbor, Michigan for the 2026-2027 school year. The role is full-time and on-site, with a typical schedule of 36-38 hours per week and compensation at $55-$65 per hour based on experience.

You will collaborate with district staff, teachers, and families to deliver direct therapy, evaluations, and IEP goals, while ensuring thorough documentation and progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Michigan SLP license
• Michigan Department of Education school-based credential
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CF-SLP with supervision considered
• Experience working with children in school settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students individually or in small groups
• Conduct speech-language evaluations and ongoing progress monitoring
• Develop, implement, and track IEP goals and interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
