Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience in school-based or educational settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of behavior intervention and instructional strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement behavior plans.
• Supervise and support RBTs in school settings.
• Provide training and support to school staff within scope of services.
• Maintain data collection and progress monitoring.
• Ensure services meet ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards.
