Responsibilities

• Learn and demonstrate understanding of the company's sales processes.
• Prepare and write sales orders for new and established accounts.
• Enter information into custom software accurately.
• Guide customers through quotations or order entry with clear product details.
• Respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Solicit quotes for custom products.
• Secure color/stock samples and follow up CAD/print samples.
• Coordinate with sales and clients and manage pricing grids.
• Create pricing comparisons and ensure quoting accuracy.
• Share information across departments and conduct vendor research.
• Provide training to colleagues and cover during vacations.
• Additional duties as assigned.
