Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Central Park is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position in the Denver Metropolitan Area. You will support the sales team with proposals, contracts, and group resumes, while maintaining records in sales systems and assisting with marketing activities such as digital content updates and event promotions.

You will coordinate promotional materials, support social media and email campaigns, plan events, and ensure smooth communication

Qualifications

• Strong communication and writing for professional correspondence, client interaction, and marketing content.
• Sales skills including lead follow-up, relationship building, and understanding hotel sales processes.
• Event planning and project management for coordinating meetings, events, and promotions.
• Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with office software.

Responsabilités

• Prepare proposals, contracts, and group resumes for clients.
• Maintain accurate records in the sales systems.
• Support marketing activities including updating digital content and coordinating promotional materials.
• Support social media and email campaigns.
• Plan and organize events, communicate with clients and internal teams, document and execute details.
• Track performance metrics, generate reports, and contribute ideas to improve guest engagement and revenue.
