Job summary

Ideal candidates have an engineering or business/marketing degree, 5-7 years of sales experience in engineered assemblies, and a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Business/Marketing degree with strong technical aptitude.
• 5-7 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in solution sales of direct materials or products into engineered assemblies and applications.
• Ability and desire to travel based on business needs and sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Use strong technical aptitude and solution selling skills to identify and engage with new customers.
• Create and execute strategies to penetrate target companies with specific product groups.
• Develop SPIROL advocates and build meaningful relationships with them.
• Tactfully overcome barriers to success and demonstrate benefits of doing business with SPIROL.
