Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support health and safety across our jobsites. You will work with senior leaders to implement safety policies, manage jobsite risk, and promote Clark’s Culture of Care.

You will help administer the Safety, Health, and Environmental program, enforce standards, coach teams on health and safety requirements, and identify hazards with immediate mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) with expected graduation Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement safe working practices and protect well‑being on job sites.
• Administer Clark’s Safety, Health, and Environmental program to ensure a safe environment for employees, trade contractors, and the community.
• Enforce corporate and project safety and health programs and applicable safety standards.
• Coach and educate Clark employees and trade contractors on health and safety requirements.
• Identify hazards and provide input to mitigate hazardous conditions and ensure compliance.
• Conduct site walks and report safety performance and future plans.
• Plan complex safety aspects with field supervision, including lifts and hazardous material handling.
• Coordinate third‑party safety reviews, including OSHA Basic Qualifications.
