Job summary

D7 Pneumatics LLC is seeking a highly skilled On-Site Health and Safety Officer to join our team. This role will implement safety programs, conduct inspections, and coordinate safety training on construction sites.

The ideal candidate has OSHA 30hr in Construction, current First Aid/CPR/AED certification, 3–5 years in safety roles, and the ability to travel to job sites nationwide for extended periods.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30hr card for Construction Industry.
• Current certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in a Health and Safety role, preferably in construction or industrial environments.
• Ability to travel to job sites throughout the country over an extended period.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of on-site operations per OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement safety protocols, emergency response plans, and risk assessments.
• Provide on-site safety training, toolbox talks, and safety orientations for employees and contractors.
• Observe workers to ensure proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and safety violations with corrective actions.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on safety programs, training records, and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for safety-related matters and coordinate with management for continuous improvement.
