Job summary

D7 Pneumatics LLC seeks an On-Site Health and Safety Officer to implement, monitor, and improve safety programs on construction sites. This role requires strong field experience and the ability to lead safety initiatives on live projects.

Qualifications

• First Aid, CPR and AED certifications required.
• 3-5 years of proven Health and Safety experience, preferably in construction or industrial environments.
• Ability to travel to job sites throughout the country over an extended period.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of on-site operations to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement safety protocols, emergency response plans, and risk assessments.
• Provide on-site safety training, toolbox talks, and safety orientations for employees and contractors.
• Observe workers to ensure appropriate use of personal protective equipment is being implemented.
• Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and safety violations, recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on safety programs, training records, and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for safety-related matters and coordinate with management to promote continuous improvement.
