Job summary

D7 Pneumatics LLC seeks an On-Site Health and Safety Officer to lead safety programs, train personnel, enforce protocols, and investigate incidents on our construction sites.

The ideal candidate will hold OSHA 30hr for Construction, current First Aid/CPR/AED certification, and 3–5 years of HSE experience in construction or industrial environments; travel to job sites nationwide is required, with strong communication and leadership skills essential.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30hr for Construction Industry required.
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification required.
• 3–5 years of HSE experience in construction or industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure OSHA compliance and company policy.
• Develop and implement safety protocols, emergency plans, and risk assessments.
• Provide on-site safety training, toolbox talks, and orientations for employees and contractors.
• Observe workers to ensure proper use of PPE.
• Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and violations; recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain up-to-date safety program documentation and training records.
• Serve as primary safety contact and coordinate with management to drive continuous improvement.
