Job summary

D7 Pneumatics LLC seeks an On-Site Health and Safety Officer to implement, monitor, and improve safety programs at our construction sites nationwide, ensuring a proactive safety culture. The role conducts inspections, trains crews, investigates incidents, and maintains regulatory compliance with OSHA standards.

Travel to various job sites will be required; strong communication and leadership are essential. Required: OSHA 30 Construction, First Aid/CPR/AED certifications, and 3–5 years in safety

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven Health and Safety experience.
• Construction or industrial environments preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on-site to ensure OSHA compliance and company policies.
• Develop and implement safety protocols, emergency response plans, and risk assessments.
• Provide on-site safety training, toolbox talks, and safety orientations for employees and contractors.
• Observe workers to ensure proper use of PPE and safety practices.
• Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and safety violations with corrective actions.
