Job summary

MSR-FSR is seeking a Project Safety Coordinator to lead safety at on-site multiemployer workplaces. You will advocate for workers, ensure hazard communication, and provide rapid incident response coordination, training, and coaching.

This role demands flexibility to observe shifts and support safety programs under MSR-FSR leadership. You will report to the on-site PM and coordinate with the EHS team to maintain a strong safety culture, while ensuring regulatory adherence and continuous

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of safety related experience.
• OSHA 500 is required; CHST or similar certification preferred.
• Associates degree or technical safety training required.
• Clear English communication, verbal and written.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel to the local regional office as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead site safety program and incident investigations.
• Provide safety coaching and training to workers.
• Support EHS inspections and audits.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and site safety requirements.
• Communicate safety requirements and incident findings to PM and teams.
