Job summary

MSR-FSR LLC is seeking a Project Safety Coordinator for on-site work in Boise, Idaho. You will act as the safety advocate for on-site workers, coordinating hazard assessments, incident response, and safety training across multiple contractors at a multi-employer site.

You will lead investigations, support the site Safety Program, and coaching to improve safety culture, with requirements including OSHA 500 and 5+ years of experience. Join a team with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of OSHA 500 is required.
• CHST or similar professional safety certification preferred.
• Associates degree/Technical training in Safety or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of safety-related experience.
• Working knowledge of applicable Federal & State safety laws (OSHA/OR OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Lead site accident investigations, identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Provide safety coaching and conduct toolbox talks and follow-up training.
• Develop and monitor Site-Specific Safety Plans with the EHS Director.
• Participate in safety committee activities and promote safety initiatives.
• Assist with EHS inspections, audits, and incident reporting.
