Job summary

MSR-FSR LLC seeks an EHS Coordinator to provide on-site safety and environmental compliance support at the MSR US facility. The role collaborates with QA and Operations, supporting up to 90 people and a local safety committee with remote EHS team backing.

Expect ~45–50 hours weekly, with rare after-hours duty. Responsibilities include OSHA/EPA compliance, incident investigations, training delivery, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college, technical or military program; 6 months to 1 year related experience or training.
• Additional safety, occupational health or environmental certifications are preferable.
• Computer skills required: Word, Excel, e-mail, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with General Manager to ensure OSHA, EPA, and local regulatory compliance for MSR-FSR operations.
• Prepare and maintain EHS documentation, policies, plans, and training programs.
• Perform floor audits, risk assessments, and process reviews to improve EHS performance.
• Conduct incident investigations and develop after-action improvement plans.
• Provide workforce training presentations in small groups.
• Wear respirators as needed and support Respiratory Protection Program training and medical surveillance.
• Assist in waste profiling, packaging, and storage in line with EPA/DOT/state regulations.
• Provide post-audit recommendations to address deficiencies.
• Support other duties as assigned by management.
