Job summary

MSR-FSR, LLC provides on-site safety leadership for semiconductor, pharma, aerospace and renewable energy projects. The Field Safety Representative partners with vendors and contractors to ensure industry and site safety requirements are followed at all times.

The role emphasizes daily field presence, safety observations, and collaboration with field operations to strengthen safety culture and hazard awareness on behalf of the project owner.

Qualifications

• Experience in field safety for construction, oil and gas, chemical, or related fields.
• Knowledge of OSHA 1926/1910 safety regulations and reporting guidelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and related productivity tools.
• Ability to coach, mentor and present safety practices to diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Zero Harm Habits and promote safety culture on site.
• Provide safety support to construction operations and field teams.
• conduct daily field observations and report findings.
• Assist with accident/incident management and root cause analysis.
• Maintain daily/weekly safety audits and safety meetings with contractors.
