Job summary

MSR-FSR is seeking an EHS Coordinator to provide daily on-site safety and environmental compliance support at the Richardson facility. You will collaborate with site leadership and operations to protect people and the environment, including handling hazardous chemicals and respirator program duties.

The role typically involves 45-50 hours per week, with occasional on-call. A background in OSHA/EPA compliance and strong document control is essential, along with proficient Microsoft Office use.

Qualifications

• AA or equivalent from a two-year college or technical/military school.
• Additional training, and/or certifications in Safety, Occupational Health, or Environmental Protection preferred.
• Computer skills are required: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, e-mail, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the General Manager and staff to ensure OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements are met.
• Prepare, maintain, and disseminate EHS policies, manuals, plans, and training materials.
• Conduct floor audits, risk assessments, and process reviews to improve EHS performance.
• Assist in incident investigations and after-action improvement plans.
• Provide workforce training presentations and support the Respiratory Protection Program.
