Job summary

Msr-Fsr, LLC is seeking a Field Safety Representative to partner with vendors and contractors on construction projects in Austin, TX. The role focuses on safety coaching, hazard awareness, and enforcing safety policies on site with a minimum 75% field presence.

The FSR will generate daily safety observations, support Accident/Incident management, and ensure compliance with OSHA 1926/1910 standards, while collaborating with the FS Infra team.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including Office 365 productivity tools.
• Familiarity with OSHA Regulatory/Reporting Guidelines.
• Proficient communications skills regarding presentation, coaching/mentoring, and working with others.

Responsibilities

• Promote/enforce EHS program.
• Provide safety support to construction operations.
• Collaborate with field operations to enable safe work.
• Conduct daily field observations and safety reporting.
