Job summary

ARC Facilities is seeking an energetic Project Manager to lead customer implementations across North America, combining project management, technical consulting, customer onboarding, and field implementation. This role requires significant on-site work and travel to customer facilities.

You will guide projects from kickoff to go-live, train users, verify data, and ensure a successful launch while building strong relationships with stakeholders across facilities management, engineering, safety

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
3–5 years in software implementation, technical consulting, customer onboarding, project management, or customer success.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel extensively throughout North America.
Experience with SaaS implementations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead customer implementations from kickoff through deployment and adoption.
Coordinate implementation activities with customers and internal teams.
Manage multiple implementations simultaneously and serve as primary customer contact.
Provide ongoing communication on timelines, deliverables, and status.
On-site visits at customer facilities to gather and organize facility information.
