Responsibilities

• Lead multiple customer SaaS implementation projects from project kickoff through go-live.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal teams across implementation, product, engineering, configuration, training, customer success, and support.
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings, status meetings, working sessions, and other stakeholder meetings.
