Job summary

Arcadis U.S.Inc. is seeking an experienced project leader to manage day-to-day planning, engineering, construction, and handover for complex projects in industrial manufacturing and data centers.

You will coordinate design reviews, track progress, and ensure alignment with contract requirements and safety standards. The role requires overseeing multidisciplinary teams, managing stakeholder communications, and delivering accurate progress and cost forecasts.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in industrial manufacturing and data center project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and PMIS systems.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of planning, engineering, construction, and handover on assigned projects.
• Coordinate design reviews, requirements, and approvals among owner, design team, and contractors.
• Manage stakeholder communications, facility operations, and project reporting.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, laws, and contract scope.
• Maintain project files, records, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and review purchases, procurement, changes, and payments.
• Monitor contractor adherence to the prime contract and safety standards.
