Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced project manager to oversee day-to-day planning, engineering, construction, and handover for industrial and data center projects in the United States. You will coordinate design reviews, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure deliverables meet contract scope and quality.

The role requires 5–8 years of PM experience, proficiency with MS Office and PMIS systems, and a relevant bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in industrial manufacturing or data center PM
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and PMIS
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day planning, engineering, construction and handover of projects
• Coordinate design reviews and approvals between owner, design team, and contractors
• Prepare progress reports, cash flow forecasts, and cost of completion
• Ensure conformance with contract scope and quality standards
• Maintain project files and records and coordinate with internal stakeholders
• Oversee procurement, changes, and payments and monitor safety compliance
