Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities across software and hardware.
Ability to learn proprietary systems and CAD-based design tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical resource for customers, troubleshooting software, hardware, and system performance issues while collaborating with engineering, product development, and software teams to deliver high-performance manufacturing solutions.
Support system installations, acceptance testing, and production file preparation.
Perform customer deployments with approximately 20% travel.
Maintain detailed technical documentation and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
