Qualifications

Our client is seeking to add an On-Site Service & Applications Engineer to their team near Akron, Ohio. This position is a customer-facing technical role that combines systems engineering, mechatronics, robotics, automation, and advanced manufacturing support. The successful candidate will serve as a primary technical resource for customers, troubleshooting software, hardware, and system performance issues while collaborating with engineering, product development, and software teams to deliver reliable, high-performance manufacturing solutions. Qualified candidates should have at least three years of experience in technical support, systems engineering, applications engineering, or a similar customer-facing engineering role.
