Job summary

Machina Labs is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in Ohio to lead technical execution of RoboCraftsman systems at customer sites. You will analyze CAD models, support production programs, and serve as a bridge between customers and our engineering teams.

Qualified candidates will have a B.S. in engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience in robotics or automation. This role includes extensive training at HQ before deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, robotics, or automation.
• Experience in designing, testing, and implementing manufacturing process improvements.
• Hands-on experience in a machine shop or production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution at customer sites.
• Support customer production programs by analyzing process data.
• Serve as the primary technical contact between customer and engineering teams.
