Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Revenue & People Operations Supervisor to oversee cash office activities, payroll-related tasks, and onboarding for hourly staff at multiple locations. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and teamwork across the operations floor.

The ideal candidate will have extensive cash handling and administrative experience, with a track record of supervising teams and coordinating onboarding and attendance processes.

Qualifications

• Five years of cash handling experience.
• Three to five years of administrative, cash room, or related operational experience.
• Experience coordinating or supervising the work of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting hiring, onboarding, employee records, or attendance/timekeeping (including I-9).
• Bilingual skills can be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned cashiers, coach cash handling practices, and document performance.
• Oversee daily cash office operations and HQ reporting for accuracy and timelines.
• Coordinate onboarding, recruiting, and employee records for hourly staff.
• Track timekeeping, attendance, training, and compliance with payroll deadlines.
• Support site compliance with employment law and SSAfety standards.
