SSA Group in Naples, FL is seeking a Revenue & People Operations Supervisor to manage daily cash office administration, HQ reporting, accounts payable coordination, and day-to-day people operations across the employee lifecycle.

You will supervise cashiers, ensure accurate financial reporting, coordinate onboarding and recruiting processes, and support branch administrative activities while maintaining compliance and a positive employee experience.

Aufgaben

• Supervise cashiers, evaluate performance and coach cash handling practices
• Oversee daily cash office operations, ensure accuracy and timely HQ reporting
• Complete HQ reporting including Petty Cash, OSCR, Gross Sales Report, OFR, Trial Balance, Invoicing, Fintech, and Sales by Stand reports
• Administer HQ Accounts Payable software and related transmissions and reports
• Contact vendors to reconcile invoice discrepancies and arrange emergency shipments
• Meet fiscal deadlines and communicate financial variances to Management promptly
• Support payroll and controllable profit tracking within budget guidelines by scheduling and coverage planning
• Maintain branch administrative support including phones and word processing
• Document discrepancies including employee accountability issues to office and Management
• Communicate routinely with SSA HQ, Director of Audits and Controls, Office Team, client and site Management
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, and support SSAfety training and daily operational expectations
• Support onboarding and recruiting processes and escalate exceptions to site leadership
• Help build a welcoming and engaged on-site employee experience
• Assist with HQ-led and local employee engagement activities under leadership direction
• Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day operations
