Job summary

Colonial Group seeks a Revenue Operations Supervisor, Area to oversee cash office operations and HQ reporting across 2–3 accounts. The role supervises cashiers and staff, ensures compliance with cash handling standards, and coordinates with vendors and management teams at each site.

The position focuses on financial operations, staff development, and timely, accurate reporting, with travel between assigned accounts as needed to support multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Five years of cash handling experience.
• Three to five years of administrative management and/or cash room experience.
• Experience coordinating or overseeing cash office operations across more than one location.
• Experience with Office 365 — Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint.
• ServSafe or Food Handling Certification a plus.
• Developed leadership skills with an understanding of team building, development, and partnerships across a multi-site team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned cash office personnel across accounts, coaching and documenting cash handling practices.
• Ensure new employee cash handling and POS orientation per HQ and client guidelines.
• Develop cash-handling training programs to train employees across accounts.
• Own daily cash office operations and HQ reporting across accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage vendor relationships and reconcile invoice discrepancies as needed.
• Support site culture, safety standards, and guest experience while fulfilling financial duties.
