Job summary

SSA Group is seeking a Revenue & People Operations Supervisor, Area to manage cash office administration, HQ reporting, accounts payable coordination, and day-to-day people operations across 2–3 assigned accounts. This role may supervise staff and will coordinate with site leadership to ensure timely, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Five years of cash handling experience across multiple accounts.
• Three to five years of administrative or operational experience in cash rooms.
• Experience coordinating or supervising work across multi-site or fast-paced environments.
• Experience supporting hiring, onboarding, employee records, or attendance/timekeeping across locations, including I-9 compliance.
• Bilingual skills are a plus and ServSafe or Food Handling certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned cashiers and coach cash handling practices.
• Oversee daily cash office operations and HQ reporting.
• Administer HQ Accounts Payable software and related transmissions.
• Coordinate onboarding and employee lifecycle activities across locations.
• Track attendance trends and flag discrepancies for management.
