Phillips Edison & Company seeks an experienced property management professional to oversee operations for South Shore Commons in Staten Island, NY. This on-site role covers property operations, financial performance, tenant relations, and capital projects to protect and enhance the asset.

You’ll lead coordination with Leasing, Construction, Accounting, Asset Management, Legal, Marketing, Sustainability, and other teams, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong community engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years retail commercial property management with budgeting and maintenance.
• Experience with NYC DOB permitting and FDNY compliance.
• Strong relationships with Staten Island business community and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations, budgets, and tenant service.
• Coordinate capital projects and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Represent the property with tenants, vendors, and authorities.
• Manage emergency response and business continuity.
