Qualifications

• Strong property and portfolio management skills with budgeting, expense control, lease administration, and vendor oversight.
• Experience with tenant/resident relations, conflict resolution, and retention strategies.
• Knowledge of building operations, maintenance coordination, and safety/regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with property management software (Rent Manager) and basic data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to lead on-site teams and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• 10+ years experience as Property Manager or Regional/Area Manager preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
