Job summary

Phillips Edison & Company seeks a property management professional to support a regional retail portfolio. This role will directly manage 1-2 assets and assist the Senior Regional Property Manager with day-to-day property management, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination.

Based in Charlotte, NC, the position requires up to 25% travel and involves vendor coordination, inspections, reporting in Nexus/MRI, and contributing to capital projects to protect and enhance property value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of real estate experience supporting property operations.
• Experience with retail tenants and vendors preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Support property inspections and coordinate maintenance and reconditioning as needed.
• Assist in soliciting bids, vendor selection, and managing service contracts.
• Maintain tenant and vendor contact information and run monthly financial reports in Nexus/MRI.
• Communicate with tenants to address issues and maintain professional relationships.
