Job summary

Rose Associates, Inc. is seeking a vibrant Resident Manager to oversee daily operations at our Brooklyn rental community.

You will lead the buildings services team, ensure staff performance, and maintain resident satisfaction and financial success. The role requires at least 4 years of maintenance and personnel management, experience opening a new construction lease-up, and proficiency with Yardi and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in maintenance and staff management.
• Experience opening a new construction/lease-up building.
• Optimize building efficiency with sustainable energy practices and modern security technologies.
• Proficient in various mechanical systems for cost-effective solutions.
• Licenses: Certificate of fitness S12, S-13, S-95, P-99 and EPA 608 Universal.
• Strong communication with staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations and staff.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and vendor coordination.
• Assist in budget development and cost control for maintenance.
• Ensure safety, compliance with audits and local laws.
• Respond to emergencies and be on-call 24/7.
• Oversee staffing and on-site meetings with tenants, vendors, and visitors.
