Job summary

• Experience performing minor repairs and maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report maintenance and tenant relations in residential rental buildings.
• Respond to tenant and public inquiries; explain policies and warn violations.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with authorities as needed.
• Perform maintenance repair work as directed.
• Participate in meetings and provide staff assistance as requested.
• Coordinate with staff and outside agencies for residents with special needs.
