Job summary

Capitol on 28th Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections across the property. You will respond to work orders, support turnover readiness, and help sustain clean, safe common areas for residents.

Ideal candidates have basic trades knowledge with EPA or CPO credentials preferred and a commitment to professional, courteous resident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; EPA and CPO preferred.
• Basic maintenance skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
• EPA and CPO certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to work orders and maintenance requests.
• Perform regular property walks to keep areas clean and safe.
• Maintain and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Assist in unit turnovers and ensure apartments are move-in ready.
• Conduct property inspections and address maintenance needs.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
